Helene Madell is chief broking officer of Aon’s Commercial Risk Solutions, Health Solutions and Affinity business in the UK and is responsible for Aon’s go-to market strategy to deliver unrivalled outcomes for its clients. She also has strategic oversight of Aon’s carrier relationships in local and overseas markets, working closely with Aon broking centres in London, Singapore and Bermuda. Helene has over 25 years of broking experience in both the London and Australian markets, where she has held a number of senior roles. Prior to joining Aon two years ago, Helene spent 13 years at Willis Towers Watson. Passionate about driving diversity within the workplace, Helene is a member of Aon’s UK Inclusive Leadership Council.”

Chaucer appointed Fowle as chief executive officer in January 2017, having previously served as Chaucer's chief underwriting officer. Fowle’s main responsibilities include the general oversight, management, and strategic development of the business. He was previously active underwriter for Syndicate 1084. Prior to that, he was head of the specialist lines division of Chaucer. Fowle has experience in both the company and Lloyd’s markets.

Prior to founding Inigo, Watson had spent 33 years with Hiscox Ltd, during which time Hiscox grew to be the largest global specialist insurer, with gross written premium in excess of $4bn. He made his career working through the ranks to become chief underwriting officer, a position he held for 7 years. Prior to becoming chief underwriter, Richard’s career encompassed multiple lines of business in insurance and reinsurance culminating in becoming chief executive of Hiscox Global Markets before moving to serve as chief executive of Hiscox USA during its formative years.

Caspar Stops joined in 2018, having previously worked for Brit Insurance, Aegis and Hiscox, specialising in global cyber, privacy and technology underwriting. In his position as Head of Cyber and Technology he is responsible for the development of innovative products, contributing to the profitable growth of the existing portfolio and responding to increased risk appetite.

Simon Meech is a Chartered Insurance Broker and the cyber practice leader at BMS. He has been in the cyber insurance market in London for over 5 years with experience in cyber broking, underwriting and claims, with the majority of his experience being focussed on the US market. At BMS, the team’s focus is on utilising data to help aid risk improvement, broking and negotiations.
